But honestly it’s not an exercise that requires to much weight anyway. You’ll find many different variations of this particular exercise, choose one that you’re comfortable with. I’m raising my foot as high as I can for a full stretch, this allows me to really isolate the glutes. I find resting on my forearms allows more stretch and control but this will depend on your flexibility. You can also lower your knee closer to the ground come up slowly and pulse, try both..
