1. Cable lunges to kickbacks. Definitely would recommend a lower plyo box to help with stability and cohesiveness of the movement. Move a little slower then I was I realized how fast I was going after recording. 3×12 per leg .
2. Cabal lateral raises with added resistance for that side booty! Bands are from @myplayfit (use my code:angela). 3×10

3. Sumo squats ✏️ No thrusting 3×15

6. B-stance hip trust. Got this one from @bretcontreras1. The emphasis is just on one side of the 🍑. I should have had one foot completely flat and the other one on my heel.
